To develop, deepen, or re-visit your practice; learn to adapt for specific considerations; and/or find the comfort to practice on your own!

One-on-one sessions are tailored to your individual needs, with attention to anatomy, alignment, comfort, and function.

Mat Pilates sessions may include mobility, flexibility, and strength training with bands, balls, rings, and other equipment / props.

Yoga sessions may include asana (movement and posture), pranayama (breath), and meditation.
