Your Hosts:

Claire Haasl (Ha-sul)

is a cat mom, nature lover, and lunar enthusiast. She is the host of The Hideaway at Mason Lake and delights in providing calm and nurturing spaces for people to have intimate and life-affirming experiences. She watches Science Fiction, listens to podcasts about Human Design, and switches back and forth between reading Non-Fiction and Romance Novels. One of Claire's most powerful life experiences was training for and summiting Mount Kilimanjaro in 2017. She still uses lessons from that experience in her daily life. Claire believes in the power of collective energy and is here to create a community of women that will lift each other up by honoring and supporting their intentions, prayers, and visions. She is working on trusting herself and settling back into being a Human BEing, not a Human DOing.

Sarahlynn Etta

is a movement teacher and meditation guide, as well as a licensed massage therapist. She offers intentional bodywork, mindful movement practices, and meditation coaching. Sarahlynn enjoys curating offerings that empower others to help themselves, attend to the needs of the whole being including the nervous system, and help facilitate multi-faceted wellness.
