An intentional space to explore, acknowledge, and heal from toxic narratives, beliefs, and experiences of purity culture and sexual shame. We will use cognitive, emotional, somatic practices, as well as vibrational sound therapy, to foster exploration, compassionate healing, and release. Sliding scale $375-$475.
